Please keep in mind that, due to their delicate nature and the personal touch put into each piece, slight variations in color or size may occur, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. We take great care to inspect each product and provide detailed descriptions to help you make an informed choice.

As our baskets are handmade with love, minor reshaping during transit is occasionally possible. If that happens, don’t worry! We’ve created a simple, step-by-step guide on our "Care for Your Basket" page to help restore your basket’s perfect shape.

If you do need to return an item, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving it. Just ensure the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help every step of the way!
